The port of Guaymas public notice to those interested in participating in the process of opening to private investment
On June 23, 2011 the port of Guaymas published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación to interested, in participating in the process of opening to private investment through the award of a contract for partial assignment of rights for the equipment, operation and exploitation of the commercial building in the cruise terminal in the port of Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico.
The commercial building cruise terminal in a federal area of 703 square feet total; which includes :a) the first level consists of 16 shops in an area of 333 square meters, and b) a second level that consists of a restaurant-bar with kitchen and bathrooms 370 square meters with two rest areas.
Since the publication of this notice and until July 17, 2011, applications for registration may be presented from 9:00 to 14:00 hours on weekdays.
The International cruise center received 6 Cruises ships in the 2011 season from Holland America Line and Azamara Journey of Royal Caribbean Corporate.
